Your wedding day is a once in a lifetime moment and we are here to make sure it is extra special and a day never to be forgotten!
All requirements are taken into consideration as after all its your wedding day not ours. On making a booking with us, we will ask you for a full run down on your day from the moment you leave your house in the morning, to the moment you go to bed. Having a clear understanding of how your day runs ensures everything runs smoothly and perfect.
Music selection on the night is vitally important. A range of options are provided so that you only hear the songs you like on the night, not the ones you don’t! With our experience and your input, we can guarantee the dance floor will always be busy!
Don’t like the big disco look? That’s fine, we are totally flexible on the shows that can be offered. With a vast range of effects available from standard twister effects, to flame machines, to L.E.D uplighters, to full on moving head lighting rigs. We even tailor the lights to suite your wedding colour theme and to work with photographers.
With all our work, every booking is contracted. Once fully complete, your wedding day booking is totally secured! We will assist in whatever way we can to help make that special day one to remember forever. Over the years we have met a vast number of suppliers and seen them at work. If you’re struggling to find a supplier, whether it be a cake company to photographer, we have some great contacts to recommend.
Strobe Disco Roadshow understands that not everyone has the same style of wedding, so we provide a few options that may be more to your liking when booking a disco for your wedding. Prices do vary depending on the venue and any additional extras you may require. Either way, we guarantee to offer you a superior service at a price that reflects quality. We don’t ‘Price Match’ other Disco’s as the service offered can greatly differ.

The following options are available on 3 different show styles: Chic, Standard & Roadshow. This provides you with a variety of wedding disco rigs to suit your wedding budget, tastes and requirements.
Option1: Morning Equipment Installation And Evening Reception Disco
This option is one of the most popular ones we offer. It consists of the sound and lighting equipment being fully installed complete with sound and lighting checks completed 2 hours prior to the arrival of any guests at the venue to ensure no disruption is caused. We will then return to the venue 1 hour prior to any evening guests arriving to prepare for the evening reception. Low level background music will be played up to the point of your first dance, and then entering your guests will follow until the end of the night with a fine selection of music.
Option 2: Morning Equipment Installation, Wedding Breakfast Background Music And Evening Reception Disco
This option is a superb option if you’re looking for all aspects of entertainment to be covered for the whole day. It consists of the sound and lighting equipment being fully installed complete with sound and lighting checks 2 hours prior to the arrival of your guests at the venue to ensure no disruption is caused. On arrival of your guests to the venue, a selection of easy listening music will be played at a low level volume to ensure your guests can still talk comfortably and create a relaxed atmosphere. During the wedding breakfast, a playlist of your music choice can be played and radio microphones are to hand for the all-important speeches at no extra cost. We will then continue to play Low level background music up to the point of your first dance, and then entertain you and your guests until the end of the night with a fine selection of music.
Option 3: Wedding Reception Evening Disco
This option is perfect if you only require an evening disco or to accompany a band as part of your wedding reception entertainment. Installing of the equipment is completed at the end of the wedding breakfast if the disco is in the same room, or 90 minutes prior to your evening guest’s arrival time. Background music is then played prior to the first dance and then and then entertain you and your guests until the end of the night with a fine selection of music.
A range of additional extras can also be added to make your wedding day even more spectacular!
We can now provide L.E.D venue up lighting to enhance the look of your venue at night. This can be totally tailored to your wedding theme colour and used in conjunction with the disco or band. We also hire this package out should you already have your Dj or band booked with another company.
Everyone loves fireworks, so why not consider a fantastic fireworks display as part of the entertainment, or to end the night. Our fireworks packages start from as little as £599.00 for a 5-6 minute show with a variety of colour, noise and effect, concluded with a breath taking finale finish of over 30 aerial shell bursts. You can even choose to start the display!
