With all our bookings, contracts are issued and once fully complete, your wedding day booking is totally secured! We will assist in whatever way we can to help make that special day one to remember forever. Over the years we have met a vast number of suppliers and seen them at work. If you’re struggling to find a supplier, whether it be a cake maker to photographer, we have some great contacts to recommend.
To make your special day even better, why not consider a small professional firework display tailored to your requirements. Strobe Disco Roadshow understands that not everyone has the same style of wedding, so we provide a few options that may be more to your liking when booking a disco for your wedding. Prices do vary depending on the venue and any additional extras you may require. Either way, we guarantee to offer you a superior service!
The basic starting price for a wedding reception disco is £300.00

The main Photo Gallery section on the website provides you with many images of our shows in local hotels. Pictures can also be sent to you via e-mail on request.

OPTION 1: WHOLE DAY BASIC SHOW
This option is ideal if you would like the disco setup early in the day at the venue ready for the evening function before you and your guests arrive. It avoids us arriving 2 hours before the start time of your evening function and moving the equipment in and sound checking while you and your guest’s are present at the venue. We provide the standard lighting show and sound rig suitable for weddings of up to 120 guests
OPTION 2: WHOLE DAY BASIC SHOW+ BACKGROUND MUSIC
This is exactly the same as option 1, however I will be present at the venue to play background music during the afternoon dining of your guests. We would normally play soul, motown, swing, jazz and general music that is suitable. A radio microphone would also be to hand for speeches by the top table.
OPTION 3: WHOLE DAY UPGRADE SHOW
This option is ideal if you would like the disco setup early in the day at the venue ready for the evening function before you and your guests arrive. It avoids us arriving 2 hours before the start time of your evening function and moving the equipment in and sound checking while you and your guest’s are present at the venue. We provide the standard lighting show and sound rig suitable for weddings of up to 200 guests.
OPTION 3A : WHOLE DAY UPGRADE SHOW + BACKGROUND MUSIC
This option is for the full Roadshow set-up. The full Roadshow setup provides more lighting, more speakers to cope with more people, and overall gives the impression of a serious wedding disco show!
Like option 1, we would arrive early, before you and your guests arrive at the venue, make sure all sound and lighting checks are complete and everything is ready to go.
We would provide background music of your choice during the wedding breakfast, and provide a radio microphone for speeches by the top table.
We would then have the change over period while the venue staff arrange the function room for the evening reception. During this time we shall prepare for the evening function and begin playing music at low-level from. We would then follow the instructions as given by you on the booking forms. This option is ideal for weddings with 120 – 200 guests.
OPTION 4: EVENING ONLY BASIC SHOW 7:30pm-MIDNIGHT
This option is if you only require us to do an evening disco. The playing time would be from 7:30-12:00pm and would require access to the performance area at least 2 hours prior the start time to ensure all sound and lighting equipment is operating correctly. this rig is suitable for 120 guests
OPTION 5: EVENING ONLY UPGRADE SHOW 7:30pm-MIDNIGHT
This option is if you only require an evening disco. The playing time would be from 7:30-12:00pm and would require access to the performance area at least 2 hours prior the start time to ensure all sound and lighting equipment is operating correctly. This rig is suitable for 200 guests
Option 6: FOR WEDDINGS WITH MORE THAN 350 GUESTS
We can shows to cope with more than 200 guests. So that we can give you the best quote possible, we would require as much information from you about the venue and your requirements from us. Please e-mail or call for more details.
Option 7: ULTIMATE WEDDING ENTERTAINMENT PACKAGE – DISCO & FIREWORKS.
